Embroidery with Julie

Embroidery is back - but not in classic cross stitch form. In this workshop we work with free and organic stitches, which make it easy to embroider flowers, leaves, small branches and other motifs from nature directly onto your own clothes or textiles.

Knitting café in Søvind Churchhouse

On the second Wednesday of the month, the knitting café in the Church House in Søvind is open from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Everyone with a penchant for yarn, coziness and tea/coffee is welcome. Our main purpose is to knit baptismal cloths for all baptized children in Gangsted-Søvind Parish.

Knitting in Tamdrup rectory

We are a group of women who love knitting - men are also very welcome - who have knitted baptismal cloths for the children baptized in Tamdrup parish for a number of years. The baptismal cloth is given as a gift to the baptismal family. Many baptismal cloths are kept as a memento of this day.

Wool. Carding, spinning and felting
