On this tour you will learn how to find and identify wild edible plants in Denmark, and get some cooking tips along the way
Klara has more than 10 years of experience as a wild food guide, and work as a professional forager delivering wild herbs and mushrooms to restaurants in Copenhagen such as Geranium, Il Buco and Almanak
PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
Duration: 2-3 hours (depending on the weather and number of participants).

Meeting point:
We meet on the meadow just across from Åmosebakken 22. From here there is a natural path leading to the forest and lake area
Transportation/Parking:
You can easily get here by train to Sorgenfri Station and then walk 10-15 minutes to the address/meeting point
The A-line drives to Sorgenfri Station from Nørreport in 20 minutes
If you get here by car, there is free parking on Åmosebakken and the nearby streets
