Hatha Yoga

Yoga is good for body and soul. Yoga is physical and mental exercises that focus on being present in the moment. Yoga trains flexibility, strength and endurance. Yoga gives you a stronger body and has a relaxing effect

HOW DOES THE TEACHING TAKE PLACE?
Yoga classes will focus on the body by training flexibility, strength and balance through various exercises, postures and stretches. You will train your posture and body awareness.

Throughout the class, your attention will be on your breathing and along the way you will practice specific breathing exercises.

The emphasis is on working through gentleness and acceptance, rather than struggle and performance. That you find your own balance point, where the body is not pushed too much, but on the other hand doesn't do too little either, so it's just right.

Generally, you will cover the whole body in a class, but sometimes you will choose to focus on a specific area, it could be legs, back or arms. The focus can also be on a yoga or breathing technique.

In each lesson, you will practice connecting with the free and natural breath and focus on presence and serenity.

The class ends with a relaxation session, where the body and mind are given the opportunity to sink into a deep calm so that the work you've done and the energy you've built up can benefit you.

WHO IS THE COURSE FOR
Everyone can participate in this yoga class, from beginners to advanced. You can adapt the exercises to your own level, so everyone can participate and everyone benefits from the class.

Participants who are disabled in relation to the topic can be integrated into this regular evening class
There can be a maximum of 10 participants in the team
The teaching is pedagogically organized so that special consideration is given to the individual participant, who may have type 2 diabetes, back pain, poor circulation, arthritis, or movement problems.To participate as a disabled person in relation to the topic, participants must be familiar with the municipality's guidance and sign a disability declaration at the first meeting.

START WHENEVER YOU WANT
The class is continuously enrolled, so you can start whenever you want. If you sign up in the middle of the course, the price is calculated automatically, so you only pay for the remaining sessions.
