Visit the exhibition at Søstrehuset in Christiansfeld and see an excerpt from the Danish Arts Foundation's jewelry collection. Jewelry is small works of art that come to life on the body
Since 1978, the Danish Arts Foundation has purchased the best and most experimental works from Danish jewelry artists to create a unique collection.
The collection is also special because the jewelry can be borrowed and worn. In the exhibition, over 100 pieces of jewelry from the collection are presented in themes that invite the visitor to dive into what jewelry canOn the journey through the exhibition, you see the jewelry as works of art detached from the body and on to the unity that arises when jewelry is displayed as it is intended - on the body.
Along the way, guests are encouraged to participate and reflect on their own relationship with jewelry.
Price: Admission to the exhibition is included in the admission price to the Sisters' House. Admission to the Sisters' House is DKK 80 per person. Children and young people up to and including 27 years are free.
