Summer Gospel at Gerlev is a college course with singing for anyone who wants to try their hand at life-affirming gospel music.
There is gospel for everyone - from beginners to experienced choir singers, gospel conductors, soloists, musicians and music illiterates. The only requirement for participation is the desire to join.
CHOOSE A WORKSHOP
At SommerGospel you can choose between 15 different workshops. Do you want to sing in a gospel choir, sing solo - or try your hand at singing technique?You can also immerse yourself in the power of your voice in "Kraftværk" and end each afternoon with "Gospel Choir A capella". The possibilities are many. It can actually be difficult to choose.
THIS IS HOW THE DAY GOES
Every morning begins with a morning assembly, where we sing a song from the High School Songbook or a gospel song. Later in the morning we all gather again in the large community choir.During the day you have three optional workshops - one in the morning and two in the afternoon. The evenings offer a teacher concert, Gospel Service, open mic, college evening and party evening.
