Do you want to play together with others? The most important thing about our team is that we all get to a place where it's a pleasure to play music together that swings and sounds good
We take rhythmic music as our starting point and work with it in the form of ensemble playing. There is plenty of room for us to venture into the theoretical, historical, or whatever else we might be curious about
We welcome both beginners and experienced musicians in this orchestra. We practice in music rooms at Østervangsskolen in Roskilde and look forward to everyone enjoying their progress in a joint ensemble orchestra.
Your teacher Martin Roy will make sure we have a community where there is room for everyone to explore their musical potentialThe joint orchestra has influence on what we work with, and the teacher has always prepared material in the form of repertoire and exercises that suit it.
Martin is educated from the Rhythmic Music Conservatory in both rhythmic and classical music within the specific majors of singing and percussion/drums.
