The course is on Thursdays from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM:
The course extends over the period 16.4, 30.4, 7.5, 21.5, 11.6, 25.6, 20.8, 27.8! This means there is a break in July.
Location:Volunteer Center Lyngby-Taarbæk, Rustenborgvej 2A, 2800 Kongens Lyngby. The venue is "Det lange" except for 21.5, when it is "Stuen" and 27. August, when it is "Loftet".

- Living rules / values
- Strengths
- Coping / handling
- Breathing holes
