After the reading, Thomas will lead a creative drawing workshop where participants can create their very own hero—or perhaps a terrifying monster. With inspiration and guidance from the author, their imaginations will run wild.

About the author and illustrator Thomas Knappe:
Thomas Knappe (b. 1987) is a graduate of the Malmö School of Comics. He made his debut in 2014 with the graphic novel *The Wizards of Vestmannaeyjar*, which won the Ping Prize for Best DebutSince then, Thomas has, among other things, created the graphic novel *Dreams in Thin Air* and illustrated several children’s books. *How Would You Hunt a Monster?* is his debut as a children’s book author.
Thomas Knappe has written three “Choose-Your-Own-Adventure” picture books for children. And this is the fourth book to be presented at the Jyllinge Library. "Choose-Your-Own-Adventure" books are role-playing games for the youngest children in the best analog way possible.
He has written: *How Will You Hunt a Monster?*, *How Will You Save the Kingdom?*, and *How Will You Find the Treasure?*
