"ART for Change"

ART for Change: Exploring War, Peace, and Artivism. Step into a world where art meets activism, where technology sparks change, and where creativity knows no bounds. Please note this event will be in English.

Welcome to ART for Change, an immersive event that invites you to explore the complexities of war, the beauty of peace, and the power of art to transform our world.

In times of war, art has the remarkable ability to inspire, unite, and provoke change. Join us as we delve into the ARTWP project, a collaborative effort that harnesses the potential of augmented reality to shed light on the human experience amidst war and peace.

Engage with Augmented Reality Art. We start by immersing ourselves in a 90-minutes long experience, in the public spaces of Roskilde, featuring approximately 20 artworks developed in the ARTWP project. Experience the transformative power of AR as you navigate through digital representations of war, peace, and resilience.

Participate in 4 Talks.

1. Meet the project and artists Anastasiya Avramchuk, Rostyslav Kuzuk and Nelly Klos from Ukraine, Malou Bumbum, Keith Lim and Jakob Fälling, Frederik Bang Nielsen from Denmark, Magali Berruet, Shoï, Andy Kraft and Eléonore Gond from France, Francesco Vitari, Mario Lo Polito, Gianpaolo Palumbo, Dino Pellegrino and Simone Puntillo from Italy and Jakob Skote from Sweden as they share their perspectives on war, peace, and the role of art in creating positive change.
2. Explore the collaborative process behind creating AR art.
3. Hear about how we worked with addressing and creating dialogue about war and peace.
4. Discover how technology is revolutionizing artivism in public spaces.

Engaging Discussions: Connect with others with a passion for art, technology, and societal issues. Engage in discussions, share ideas, and forge connections with like-minded individuals who are committed to making a difference in the world.

Expand Your Horizons: Gain new perspectives on war, peace, and artivism from diverse cultural and artistic viewpoints. Challenge your assumptions, broaden your understanding, and explore innovative approaches to addressing global challenges.
