Together we investigate the relation between nature, human creativity, soul care and soul gifts. The practice spring from nature-based cultures, ceremonies and rituals inside and outside - it's an reintroduction of ancient techniques in a modern world. Nature and shamanism offers humans an ancient approach to nurture our soul, creative potential, intuition and imagination - it's healing medicine in modern times. From head to feet we'll investigate the unexplored wilderness of our bodies and unfold limbs, mind and soul with movement, meditation, dance, yoga, breathwork, music, singing and silence. We'll feel the heat with sauna rituals and let our cells vibrate to the rhythms of the drums - and learn about the altered state of mind. You'll learn more about the dance with voice of the soul, the ego as creative force and how to use your imagination on your path. We'll listen to our inner calling when we embark in wilderness and let nature be our greatest teacher. Being still in nature, alone, is our portal home.
This retreat is an invitation to celebrate our human heritage as creative creatures who can generate our own inner magic and be of service with our gifts to the world. PLACEA magical retreat center at a water mill deep in the forest of Småland, called "Möllan Retreat. You'll come to a charming place with a stunning lake, forest and the natural world to explore all day. There's 2 big houses, a very beautiful hall overlooking the lake and a lovely sauna placed on the rock beside the lake. You will be accommodated either in a double room, 3-4 persons room. You can create your own "single room" by bringing a tent and live closer to nature
