We are thrilled to announce the second edition of THE DACE PORTAL!
It is a ceremony, where we connect to each other in play, and together create a space of shameless movement and expression.
It is a guided journey where you will meet your body and emotions though direct and poetic invitations that serve as inspiration for you for your own exploration.
It is a deep dive down the rabbit hole of your own experience, for you to find an even greater sense of freedom, joy in your embodiment.
It is a space where we practise allowing ourselves to be danced, surrendering to what wants to happen in the moment.
This can be scary! And there is space for that. We will dance to that. We will accept and allow whatever comes up to be expressed. We treat our body like an instrument that we are curious about and want to become better at playing, witnessing ourselves and the stories that want to be acted through us.

We meet, say hello, share some hugs, and get settled in the circle. The doors open 17.45, please be on time.
We open our ceremonial space and enjoy a cup of heart-opening cacao.
Next there will be some playful games to connect with ourselves and our bodies, and to each other.
Then we dance. In the beginning there will be invitations for exploration of yourself and your relationship with the music and your emotions. This will take around half an hour.
After the initial guidance we will explore our free dance for over two hours. We have allowed plenty of time for this so you can really drop into your flow.
Afterwards we land softly and meet in the circle again to close our ceremony.
We dance without shoes and part of the area will be covered in puzzle mats.
It's a long dance journey. You are free to take a break anytime, of course, either by lounging in the cuddle puddle area, having a little snack (that we provide!) or going outside for fresh air.
We ask you not to use mind altering substances, so we are all on the same frequency.
Everyone gets to be a bird in this pricing structure, just choosing to fly in at different times. So if you know you want to be there, don't hesitate to grab your spot.

Amazing! We would love to see you get playful with your outfit. There will be a costume closet with a lot of fun items if you don't have anything or don't have time to think about it. Come early if you know you want to check it out. It's also not necessary to dress up at all, you can totally just wear whatever you find comfortable and like to dance in. Again, everything is allowed. Except glitter. No glitter please. We don't want to spend six hours cleaning the floor
