Modern gothic night + drinks with Johanna Sinisalo and K.C. Mead-Brewer

Join us for a memorable evening of fantasy and horror writing with two contemporary greats of the genre! Called "The Queen of Finnish Weird," JOHANNA SINISALO writes speculative fiction infused by her obsessions with plants, folk tales and myths.

Sinisalo is joined by K.C. MEAD-BREWER, a celebrated American writer and editor whose work plays with such unlikely combinations as fairy tales and alternate realities. Set against scenography designed by the Danish performance and video artist Thomas Hejlesen, Sinisalo and Mead-Brewer will conjure a delightful evening of unexpected stories and discussion centered on speculative fiction and horror writing.
We will have mingling, drinks, and snacks for all participants following the event.
