Join us for a Linoprint workshop! Linoleum printing is a graphic printing technique where you carve your motif in a linoleum sheet and print the motif onto paper.

You will be led through the process and get tips and tricks for the best way to carve and print, but otherwise just explore the wonderful process. This is a beginner friendly workshop; no previous knowledge is required.
All materials will be provided by the workshop, and you will be able to take copies of the prints and linoleum plate home with you. Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting stained just in case.
It is a three-hour workshop and the ticket price is 100 kr.
In this workshop we will cover some of the basics of information about the materials being used, how to transfer your drawing to the linoleum plate, how to carve and safe practices, and how to print both by hand pressing or using a press machine.
The workshop will be held in English, and because of the nature of the tools are going to use, we require you to be 16+ to be able to attend. Please come with a design in mind to use in the workshop.
This workshop will be led by Michelle Gruppetta (https://www.instagram.com/funeral_biscuit/), an illustrator and printmaker.
The workshop is placed in the Maker Space at Kvarterhuset on the 1st floor.

På denne workshop skal vi arbejde med basale teknikker til at lave lækre tryk. Underviseren er Michelle Gruppetta, der er illustrator, print kunstner og en erfaren og dygtig underviser.
Workshoppen varer tre timer og er inklusive materialer. Du må meget gerne medbringe en idé til det design/tryk, du gerne vil arbejde med.
Workshoppen henvender sig til alle over 16 år og undervisningen foregår på engelsk.
