Collection trip along the coast from the Danish Shellfish Center 10.04.26
Join us on a gathering trip along the coast near the Danish Shellfish Center. In addition to tasting mussels (if they are good), we will find edible seaweed types but also other edible herbs that are along the coast, e.g.: beach weeds, beach kale, flowers, etc. We will finish with a glass of wine
